Strength & Conditioning

In each of our 3 Strength & Conditioning classes, you'll enjoy the flexibility of selecting a workout intensity based on your fitness level and how you're feeling that day.

Each session includes a dynamic mobility warmup prior to the class and a dedicated stretching cool down to improve flexibility.

Be. Free

This full-body, low-impact workout is a great blend of cardio, strength, and toning incorporating bodyweight exercises and selected equipment.

Be. Free is perfect for those new to exercise, returning to exercise, or eager to focus on the fundamentals. After all, proper technique and a solid foundation are key to reaching your goals both in the studio and out.

This class focuses on movement at the right pace, to increase strength, muscle tone, and improve aerobic conditioning.

Be. Mighty

Be. Mighty is a full-body, pure strength workout, combining compound and functional movements.

Focused on low repetitions, you are encouraged to challenge yourself with higher weights to develop muscular strength and power.

Be. Dynamic

suitable for everyone. you select your intensity.

Be. Dynamic is a hybrid, endurance-based workout of strength, conditioning, cardio, and core.

This full-body class will challenge your muscular endurance with higher repetitions and lower weights.

Be. Swift

Be. Swift is a cardio-based workout programmed to improve your cardiovascular health through explosive compound movement.

With an emphasis on consistency and endurance, challenge yourself with this full-body workout that will have you coming back for more!

Be. One

Be. One is a 40-minute, 1:1 guided session where our Coach will take you through the workout of the day.

A more personalised approach to our group workouts, this class is great for individuals who may want a little more focus and coaching, or have a busy schedule but still wish to prioritise their fitness at a time that suits them best.

Pilates Matwork

Be. Aligned | Pilates Matwork

Our Pilates Matwork classes incorporate a variety of props to enhance your workout by providing options to further challenge or give additional support where required.

Pilates Matwork is an open-level, enjoyable workout that helps to build core strength and stability, improve posture and alignment, increase flexibility, balance, muscular endurance and tone, all whilst avoiding stress to the joints.

Post-natal clients are welcome to join after an initial free consultation. This ensures we can take the best care of you in class. Not suitable for pre-natal clients.

Pre/Post-Natal

Be. Ready | Pre-Natal

suitable for mums-to-be.

Our pregnancy group classes are low-impact and designed to help maintain and improve your health and fitness safely throughout each stage of your pregnancy.

Exercising through pregnancy has many health benefits for both mum and baby. Most importantly, it helps prepare your body for labour and reduces aches and pains throughout pregnancy.

Our dedicated pregnancy group classes are conducted with a maximum of 6 participants to ensure proper care and attention.

Before joining your first class, it is essential you get approval from your doctor/OB. We also ask that we have an initial, free consultation to ensure we can take the best care of you in class.

Pregnant clients are also welcome to join our Be. Free classes. Our instructors are trained in pre- and post-natal exercise and will make necessary adjustments to allow you to safely join these classes.

Be. Ready | Post-Natal

suitable for mums.

Our post-natal group classes are low-impact and help you safely return to exercise. We will focus on strengthening your whole body, specifically your deep core muscles and pelvic floor.
Variations will be provided to suit each individual.

Our dedicated post-natal group classes are conducted with a maximum of 6 participants to ensure proper care and attention.

Before joining your first class, it is essential you get approval to exercise from your doctor/OB after your 6-week check-up. We also ask that we have an initial, free consultation to ensure we can take the best care of you in class. While not essential, we do encourage our post-natal clients to have a check-up with a Women's Health Physio before returning to exercise to assess pelvic floor function and check for abdominal separation.

Post-natal clients are also welcome to join our Be. Free classes. Our instructors are trained in pre- and post-natal exercise and will make necessary adjustments to allow you to safely join these classes.

Personal Training

We offer personal training in Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, and Pre/Post-natal exercise.
All sessions are 1 hour in duration.

Private Pilates

Our Private Pilates sessions incorporate a mix of mat and reformer exercises.

The Reformer is an amazing piece of apparatus unlike no other, and will help you to build greater flexibility, strength, stamina, and a more balanced posture.

Personally programmed to your needs, this 1:1 offering will give you the full body workout you deserve.
