Where is the studio located?
We are located at 75E Loewen Road, Singapore 248845.

If you are coming via Tanglin Road, turn at Ridley Park, go straight and you'll see us on your right.

If you are coming via Holland Road, take a turn at Minden Road, follow Harding Road and make a left at Loewen Road and you will catch us on your left.
I am new to exercise, can I join?
Absolutely. Our small class setting ensures you will be looked after.

We also work with different progression levels that allow you to choose how you want to move your body based on your fitness level and how you're feeling that day. Anything can happen when you exercise and it's natural to feel out of place when you can't figure out how a machine works or aren't sure if you're doing an exercise correctly.

At Be., we never judge. We all started somewhere and want to make sure your first step is as comfortable and enjoyable as it can be. If you're self-conscious, stumble, drop a weight, or do something else that makes you want to cringe, don't fret. We're here to support you.

Booking and class information

How do I book a class?
Click here to book a class or through the Mindbody app for bookings on the go. You can book classes through the Mindbody app or web portal up to 7 days in advance. We strongly recommend booking in advance so you don’t miss out. Payments can be made either through the app, website or in studio.
Cancellation policy
Please cancel your booked session at least 6 hours before the start to allow someone else to take your spot. You can cancel your bookings via the app and web portal. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in your class credit being deducted. Subscription members will have a $10 no-show charge added to their account. Our class numbers are small, so please cancel early if you cannot make it.
When should I arrive to class?
If it is your first class, please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class to allow adequate time for our trainers to brief you and discuss any important medical history information. For safety reasons, if it is your first class, no entry will be allowed after class has commenced.

If you are a regular, please be on time as any spots that are left unchecked as class starts will be allocated to the walk-in waitlist. You may still join the class only if there is a vacant spot, up to 5 minutes after class starts. We understand life happens, however if you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start of class unfortunately you will not be able to participate. This is both for your safety and to minimise disruption to the class.
What should I bring?
We provide sweat towels and have a water dispenser at Be., so please bring your own bottle. Appropriate clothing and footwear is required to avoid any injuries, and we have bathrooms nearby should you need to change. Shower facilities are available only for Personal Training clients.

Pregnancy & Post-Natal

I am pregnant, what classes can I attend?
Check out Be. Mums for details!

We have a dedicated pre-natal class that will focus on safely strengthening your body to prepare you for childbirth and the rigorous life of motherhood! We recognise that every client will be at a different stage of their pregnancy and fitness level, and therefore our class size is capped at 10, allowing our trainer to focus on each individual, while delivering a fun and stimulating workout.

Before joining your first class it is essential you get approval to exercise from your doctor/OB. We also ask that you arrive 5 mins before class for a quick chat with the coach to ensure we can take the best care of you in class.

If you have been exercising regularly prior to becoming pregnant, please speak to our trainers about our Be. Free classes!
I am returning to exercise after having a child/children, what classes can I attend?
We have a dedicated post-natal class that will focus on introducing (or reintroducing) you safely to exercise post recovery from childbirth. We intend to build strength from inside out, working together to get your pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles strong through deliberate and mindful strength movements.

Before joining your first class it is essential you get approval to exercise from your doctor/OB after your 6-week check-up. We also ask that you arrive 5 mins before class for a quick chat with the coach to ensure we can take the best care of you in class.

While not essential, we do strongly encourage our post-natal clients to have a check-up with a Women’s Health Physio before returning to exercise to assess pelvic floor function and check for abdominal separation.
